Budget & Investment Questions.

  • Sometimes issues arise that nobody can predict. In the event of an issue that is not planned or budgeted for we will work with you to strategize best approach to keep your budget and timeline intact.

  • Through detailed planning, transparent allowances, and clear change-order procedures.

  • We do not offer financing at this time, we strongly suggest approaching your existing bank for best rates and packages. Your project can often be done in stages depending on the scope, if there is a will - we will find a way.

Quality & Warranty Questions.

  • Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship and provide a written 3 year warranty after completion.

  • We work with experienced sub-contractors for every trade performed under our supervision. The tradespeople have been working with us for years and are fully licensed and insured.
